What invoicing services are available on Tungsten, and their costs?
The Tungsten Automation offers two types of invoice delivery via the Tungsten e-Invoice Network; an Integrated Solution and a Web Form solution.
The Integrated Solution enables suppliers to send their invoice data in any format directly to our accounting system. This integrates your current billing system into Tungsten’s e-Invoice network so that data is transferred without manual intervention; this solution has an annual membership fee plus a transaction fee if you exceed the number of free invoices which this solution offers.
The Web Form solution allows you to manually enter data into Tungsten e-Invoice Network’s secure online form. If you choose to use the web form solution you are not required to pay a set-up or joining fee to start using this service. You will receive a number of free transactions; if your invoicing requirement exceeds the free transactions, you will be able to purchase more. You can check current fees here.
How does the Tungsten e-Invoice network operate?
The Tungsten e-Invoice Network platform enables suppliers to send any format of invoice data directly from their accounting systems, enter the data online and submit the invoice online in the portal or even easily turn a PO into an invoice. Additionally the Invoice Status Service enables the suppliers to follow their invoices through the main processing steps from reception to payment.
What are the benefits of the Tungsten e-Invoice Network?
Can I send electronic invoices to all customers via the Tungsten e-Invoice Network?
Tungsten e-Invoice Network allows you to send electronic invoices to any other customers that are using the network once you have enrolled.
Is any hardware or software install required to register with the Tungsten e-Invoice Network?
The Tungsten e-Invoice Network is web-based, therefore all you require to access the e-Invoicing platform is a browser and internet access.
Does the Tungsten e-Invoice Network support multiple languages?
Yes, the Tungsten e-Invoice Network provides Sales, Implementation and Support services in English, French, German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Polish and Portuguese.

Do I need to enter into an agreement with Tungsten Automation to use the Tungsten e-Invoice Network?
Yes, regardless of the solution you choose, you will be required to accept the terms and conditions of the Tungsten e-Invoice Network.
Will Qualcomm make payments through the Tungsten e-Invoice Network?
Tungsten e-Invoice Network is not a payment platform. Qualcomm will continue to pay suppliers using the current payment method.
What if I have issues with the Tungsten e-Invoice Network registration link or it has expired?

How is the transition from paper to e-Invoicing managed?
Once you are set-up and ready to transact via the network, Tungsten e-Invoice Network will send you an alert to notify you that you are ready to submit invoices to our accounts payable department.
What if I cannot generate electronic invoices?
Tungsten e-Invoice Network can handle many types of data input, therefore please contact them in order to get assistance in finding the best solution for your business also considering the capabilities of your system.
If you raise invoices manually (Word, Excel etc.) you can access Tungsten’s e-Invoicing platform via the secure web site and create invoices online using the Web Form. No software installation is required; all you need is an internet connection and standard browser.
Can transactions be sent to multiple customers in one file?
For the Integrated Solution, Tungsten e-Invoice Network can accept data files in any format covering as many customers as you require. Tungsten e-Invoice Network will agree with you how each customer is identified in your data file and will then deliver each transaction to the correct customer.
Should we wait to register for the Tungsten e-Invoice Network if changing invoicing software?
Tungsten e-Invoice Network accepts any incoming data format therefore you should join the network as soon as possible. You can simply advise Tungsten of the changes when you are ready to use your new software. They will make the necessary changes without interruption of invoice delivery.
If my country requires submission through a government portal, must I also submit via the Tungsten e-Invoice Network?
No. If an invoice has been sent through a government designated portal it does not need to be resubmitted through Tungsten. Your customer has signed up for a service through Tungsten to retrieve invoices from the government portal.
What kind of queries are addressed by Tungsten?
Tungsten handles queries related to the tool, both before and after registration. Please escalate further issues to Qualcomm customer support contacts.

What are some 'Best Practices' for invoice creation on the Tungsten e-Invoice Network?

Ensure attachment of your original invoices to meet local compliance regulatory requirements.
The PO number should be entered in the appropriate PO field.
For non-PO, please enter the Qualcomm point of contact’s email ID. Do not use distribution lists or group mailbox email addresses.
Tungsten invoice copy details such as invoice number, supplier name, $ amount, etc., should match the original invoice attached to avoid any rejection.

How can I view my purchase orders (POs) on the portal?
I cannot find my purchase order (PO) on the Tungsten portal. What is my next step?
Qualcomm typically sends the PO details to the Tungsten portal four times daily, however it may take some time for the information to appear on the portal. If you experience this, please check the PO again (within 2 business days). If you still cannot find the PO, contact the Qualcomm customer support contacts.
Who should I contact for purchase order (PO) discrepancies (invalid unit price, amount, quantity, or insufficient funds)?
Please contact your respective buyer for this matter. If you are not aware of the point of contact, then please reach out to the Qualcomm customer support contacts.
How can I connect with Qualcomm buyers if I have an existing Tungsten account?
